Adding to my daily routine:
- I don't watch much tv, but when I'm watching tv I will get up and walk, march in place, or dance during the length of commercial breaks.
- When I'm on the computer I will get up and walk, march in place, or dance every 15 minutes. I'm not usually on the computer very long, but if last night is any sign of what is to come I'll be getting plenty of exercise lol
I'm not getting enough exercise and I know it. Hence, the reason for the big change in my routine. Maybe it isn't such a big change, but it is a change. I'm concerned about my health and I need to lose some weight so this will be good to add into the day.
